How does it work?
It starts with a training week from Monday to Friday where we find out about you and you find out a lot about yourself.
Then you spend two days a week with us job hunting and building your skills until you start that great job.
CadetMax will pay your travel expenses to the training venue and to interviews.
Once you start work, we continue to mentor you for the first six months so that you’re settled in the new environment and not going it alone.
